The next big gig on July 16, was performing the music of Jonathon Mandabach. This was a long, involved project with lots of rehearsal and workshoping sessions. The final event was magnificent and the venue spectacular. Thus the abundance of photos. Just this week (Sept. 5, 2022) we recorded the music. I don't know what he plans to do with it, but hopefully it will be available at some point.
It was a late night, so yes I had to stop for food afterward. The event and the food establishment were at the eastern end of Adams Blvd., though the neighborhood is not called East Adams. It is where I grew up after we left the West Adams area. It has changed a lot.
